2024 Project Life!

We got lots of holidays this month and took advantage of doing my album cabinet once again. I have been looking at my old pages and did a lot of button sewing and gluing falling letters and embellishments, I also dusted off my pages and changed a lot of broken page protectors. With this, I think I have gone through a lot of my backlogs and I feel pretty much accomplished for now.

The next stop is my Project Life-- I run through my 2024 PL today and added some more elements to complete the documented memories and here goes...

I have been doing Project Life for 13 years, which I started in 2012. From then, my 12x12 pages were lessen but my Project Life is complete and well documented. This week, I checked my page protectors and noticed that I only have a few pieces left. I started searching at online stores and saw that Project Life has been discontinued already... SAD! Now I am thinking of how will I go on with this...

I fell in love with the idea of Project Life because I get to use my scraps, my loose stickers and other embellishments, and it is a much faster way to document life. I hope I can continue this... forever!

Never stop creating memories and documenting them... TFL!

2023 Project Life!

Every year, I promise to scrap and blog, and I hope to keep that promise! Today, I am posting my 2023 Project Life. It was a year of going back to life after the pandemic. I was able to meet old friends, had the courage to go out and eventually, traveled towards the last quarter of the year.

Here goes 2023!

Project Life makes my annual documentation a lot exciting and meaningful. For now, I am still half way with 2024, can't wait to finish it the soonest! As usual, I used a lot of scraps for this year's documentation. Stickers, buttons, memorabilia and other embellishments are maximized and repurposed, so nothing goes to trash!

Thanks for looking! Happy creating!

2022 Project Life!

Thank you for a SUDDEN changed holiday! The national holiday here in the Philippines should be tomorrow. The EDSA Revolution Day should be celebrated tomorrow but was changed by the new president. But really, thank you for this day off to rest, play in my scraproom and yes, blog!

I was able to finish my 2022 Project Life last weekend and promised myself to blog this coming weekend. Scrapbooking is still my stress buster and my coping up mechanism to face my busy life as a teacher and as single parent. I noticed that last year picked up on more memory making and happy times with my 2 boys and my family. Here goes my life...

Project Life makes me use my little scraps and little embellishments. I still do 12x12 pages, but this one excites me as well, because these are the highlights of life in a few pages. I started my 2023 Project Life, I am on time and I hope to be updated on pictures and happenings always.

Thanks for looking peeps... more creating!

2021 Project Life!

It has been 5 months since my last post.

I am done with 2021 PL but forgot to upload... Just like 2020, events and happenings were still limited because it was still Pandemic. This was the year when people were starting to get vaccinated and at the same time, trying to live normal. People were battling over mental and physical health, while trying to survive the new life.

I have my own struggles and battles too... struggles of being alone a parent, struggles of facing the online teaching while going to work everyday, battles of keeping my balance over sanity and happiness, and a lot more. But hey, we made it to 2021!

And, I scrapped the year's happenings.

The lesson here is that we have survived with the help of family and prayers, I believe life will be okay after all.

Thanks for looking.

2020 Project Life!

My 2020 Project Life is the most saddest and challenging year ever since I started making PL in 2012. Aside from the unexpected passing of my dear Hubby, this year marked the start of the COVID Pandemic. Practically, everything has changed and life started to be different... but life must go on and so was Project Life.

And so, here was how we captured 2020!

Well, nothing much to capture but I am just happy to document it. I used here assorted patterned papers, Simple Stories' Daily Grind kit, buttons, paper flowers, blings, and brad. Hoping the coming PL years will be pleasant and slowly returning to our old lives.

TFL and happy scrapping!
