Christmas in July

I am sharing 2 more layouts I got inspired from a lift from the LB Scrapaholics. This was our first Christmas without my husband. But as they say, life should go on and should not be spent meaningless. 2020 Christmas was celebrated quietly and simple, and with just the three of us with my Mom.

Merry Christmas 2020, and Peace and Joy 2020... I made 2 separate layouts for Luigi and Lorenzo, since they have separate albums. I used here assorted Christmas cardstock and papers, native twine, buttons, wooden clips, brads, eyelets, 3D and epoxy stickers, assorted AC Thickers letter stickers, Jillibeans round tag and DMC threads.

And so, this is Christmas made in July! I can't wait for the weekend. I can't wait to mess up scraproom, busy my scissors and do more creating!

TFL.

My Pretty Nieces!

It's girly time for me, been scrapping some pages to send to my family in America. Here are 2 scraplift-inspired pages of my pretty nieces Maggie Regine Alicbusan, Sadie Elizabeth and Graciana Sybill Eilberg. I'm enjoying the use of flowers and I think I'm running out of it! Here goes...

And then there was YOU!... This is little sweet Maggie! This page was inspired and was lifted from Jona Panesa's 12345....until my very last breathe I will love you. I just scrapped on the other side because of Maggie's pose on the right side. I used here Ms. Elizabeth pps, MM pps, Heidi Grace Studios pps and cardstock sticker, cardstocks, Heidi Swapp journaling spot, foam flowers, Prima flowers and pearls, Kaisercraft blings, AAS bling brads, glittered glue and Colorbox fluid chalk ink.

Sisters... here I lifted Lynnette Davis' Sucker layout. Got inspired with her page to scrap my two pretty nieces Sadie and Gracie. I used here MM school pps, BG pps, DCWV cardstocks, felt flowers, Prima flowers, AAS flowers and pearl gromet, buttons, ribbons, Heidi Swapp journaling spot, Heidi Grace cardstock sticker and chipboard letters.

Thanks for the chance to lift your wonderful creations Jona Panesa and Lynnette Davis of the Xoxo Girls. Scrapping made easy if you have inspirations and mojo at the same time, so don't let it fly Rebel!

Pig Out Adventure!

I was sick last week, been having this crazy palpitations! I'm a worrier (for your information!) and I hate myself for that. So while I keep my positive vibes, I decided to scrap again. I went to True XoXo Girl's blog and found two more inspirations on Dana Tatar's "Let Loose" and Robin Gibson's "Will you" layouts. I lifted the torn paper opening from Dana and the use of ribbons from Robin. Here's my page...

Dine with the Heroes... Every weekends, Pig Out grill crew dress in superhero costumes, then they just play along with the kids dining with them. This time my little boy Chuy and DK got to play with Batman and Robin girl and Wonder Woman. Too late when DK decided to be afraid of them, hahaha! I used here DCWV Green Stack pps, Bo-Bunny Xtreme Barbed Wire pps, kraft cardstock, Doodlebug cardstock letter sticker, AC Thickers chipboard letters, 7 Gypsies stickers, Marcella's 3D word sticker, ribbons, eyelets, transparent sticker and journaling pad from BFF Timi.

After this page and a meeting with a doctor, I felt better already. Got me all ready for a day of scrapping with the Scrapaholics... watchout! TFL!

... 41! This was my 41st birthday celebration with the Scrapaholics. My journaling reads... I am still halfway through this life... still a lot to do as mother, still a lot of dreams to come true, still a lot of papers to scrap and still a lot of days to live, I am loving life... still! My First Layout for the Year...

Finally got the chance to scrap after the long busy Holidays! But before that, I had so much FUN blog hopping and I got to drop by this interesting blog called True XoXo Girls. Their latest challenge is to scraplift one of the OG designers. I decided to lift July Gaceta's Rockstar layout, here goes mine...

Pasko 2009... Christmas in the Philippines is called Pasko and I see to it that we have a shot beside the tree each year we spend the holidays. Just to see how our little family grows specially my two kulit boys. It's pretty obvious that Lorenzo was in a bad mood that Christmas day, it was written all over his big face. While Luigi on the other hand was a genuine teener already with that slight mustache. Time really flies so fast, Dodo and I were starting to collect gray hairs already... hahaha! I used here Fancy Pants Truthful pps, Wedster Pages Xmas pps, Bazzill polkadot cardstock, MM Xmas pps, Ac Thickers vinyl letters, 7 Gypsies Xmas cardstock stickers, Creative Imagination tranparency stickers, Heidi Swapp transparency clock face, Petaloo Hydrangea burgundy flowers, polkadol ribbon and some gold brads.

So that's my first layout for 2010, hoping to CREATE more real soon!

A lift from Nicole! It's Nicole's turn for the "Shacking up with the Design" Team this week at the IBSS.com. I used here WRMK pps, WRMK precious metal hardware photo turns and brads, Heidi Swapp and Craft Express chipboard letters, cardstock for the matting, lace, Craft Express chipboard sun sticker, MM paint and Ranger glossy accents.

A lift from Pamt, a co-member from Itty Bitty Scrapshack.com. When I saw her layout, I fell in love with the colors and flowers. I want to lift it and do a version for Chuy. Although he is a boy, I hope he won't mind the flowers at all... here's my take!

TFL guys...
