Weekend Overnight Crop!

We celebrated Ate Liezl's birthday with another scrapbuffet-style cropping last weekend and its another blast! The scrap addicts were in violet color code and the celebrant was in hot pink! Here's what I have done during the 16 hours day off...

Chill!... My two boys running around John Hay's Commissary! I used here Prima pps, October Afternoon pps, Scenic Route chipboard shapes, buttons, native twine, AC Thickers foam letter stickers, Maya road mist and cardstocks.

Best Friends...Lorenzo just hates mascots and clowns, but during his 7th Birthday he instantly liked Ronald McDonald. I used here Scribble Scrabble pps, cardstock, chipboard, Tattered Angel glimmer mist, native twine, buttons, October Afternoon and Scenic Route chipboard shapes and Jillibeans journaling sprouts.

Wiggy Wig!... Lorenzo bought this funny looking wig on our way home from Baguio and he wore it while we had a stop at one of the toll gate, the toll cashier was shocked but was laughing when he saw Lorenzo and our driver. I used here 7 Gypsies pps, 3BIAR pps, carstock, Prima shipboard shapes, baker's twine, buttons, October Afternoon chipboard shapes and AC Thickers foam letter stickers.

Family Time... Family time-out at Exotica Resto in Kalayaan, Laguna, where you can eat snakes, snails, birds and wild pig! I used here KI Memories assorted papers, cardstocks, brads, native twine, AAS chipboard shapes and foam letters, chipboards, Maya Road and Memories Mists and ribbons.

Its MONDAY once again! and I have a lot to be thankful once again! First of all, I want to thank Ate Liezl for the check she gave me and its ready for encashment along with my positive dreams! My good scrapping buddies for another bonding moment! And thank God, I was able to relax and unwind during the weekend. I'm done checking my midterm exams and finalizing my grades, done with mommy duties, and now ready to scrap again to finish some more photos for service. And this is just LIFE, loving it!

TFL folks, happy scrapping as always!

Project: Katherine Lorenzo Hayes

... She's the beautiful daughter of an old friend Cecille, who stays in Georgia, America. She looks exactly like her Mom, I can say. A few weeks ago, my friend Cecille asked me to scrap her daughter's photos and of course, its my pleasure to do it! And just last Thursday, a large box from Fedex came loaded with Prima flowers and Tim Holtz's inks, and of course the PHOTOS to play with. Since my weekend starts on a Friday, I instantly played and created 12 pages over Saturday and Sunday. Let me share some of my favorite pages...

Sweet Bliss...I used here My Mind's Eye and October Afternoon pps, Prima flowers and puffy sticker, blings, AAS ceramic rosettes and buttons, native twine, ribbon, Memories Mists, Tsukineko brilliance inks and Tim Holtz distress inks.

Grade 3...I used here Prima pps and flowers, Scenic Route pps, AAS felt, gelli brads and buttons, baker's twine and Jillibeans Soup journaling sprouts.

Music is the Speech of Angels...I used here Scenic Route pps, Making Memories pps, Prima flowers, carstocks and corrugated board, blings, fibers, button, Maya Road pin, Tsukineko inks, Tim Holtz distress inks and Memories Mists.

Paris... I used here Making Memories PPs, carstocks and assorted pps which I got from my old stash, EK-Jolee's stickers, Prima flowers, Tim Holtz metal embies and distress inks, AAS brads and chipboards, native twine, Tsukineko brilliance inks, Memories Mist and Tattered Angels glimmer mist. I did a lot of misting, masking, distressing and stamping here. I'm loving all the process of doing it, made me opened my dusty boxes of stamps and inks.

My weekend passed by happily creating and scrapping to the max! Now I have to tell my hands to STOP! because its study day once again and I have one more lecture day tomorrow. Hahahaha! Some people may think that I am one crazy creature spending much time on this hobby, but may I ask you... DO YOU REALLY KNOW HOW TO CREATE? OR JUST FIND YOUR PASSION? Stop picking on us scrapbookers, I bet you don't even know how to scrap? Hahaha!

Okay, okay, its a Monday! And I promise to be gentle and happy through out the week. I hope my sharing will put on your thinking caps and start to scrapping again. Thanks peeps for always dropping by my blog.

TFL :)

You are Amazing...

Happy Monday Everyone!

I realized, I don't have a DT assignment anymore! I'm a little sad. But on the other hand, I'm happy because I never run out of service. Just as I'm about to finish an album another one is coming up. So this means, I'm still on the grind and its keeping my brain cells in control! Its sharing time once again, and here's what I did last week...

You are Amazing! Its the graduation photos of my two boys and their medals too. My husband and I were just so proud to share their achievements, Luigi got a Loyalty Award for staying at MSMSI since pre-school and Lorenzo was awarded Logical Math-Time Smart Kid during their graduation on March 31 of this year. I used here The Girls' Paperie pps, Pink Paislee-Daily Junque Number pps, cardstocks, Crate Paper Trims- Toy Box Collection ribbons, AC metal embies from my bestfriend Mae, Jillie Beans journalling sprouts, Sassafras flowers and buttons, assorted buttons, baker's twine, Riff Raff chipboards, Scribbles transparent stickers, and Ranger distress inks.

Another thing that's keeping me busy is my teaching job. I'm happy with my weekly schedules in work and at home. I get to study, play and bond with my family in a very regular routine. This month will be a little busy in school because Midterms is shortly coming up. Means I'm halfway done with my first semester in teaching college, YahOooo!

Weather is still eratic, but I'm HAPPY to see the SUN from time to time! Hope you all have a happy week ahead... Thanks for looking as always!
