I'm scrapping... with power!

Just yesterday during our short trip to Alabang, my girl friends and I were talking about a certain book about positive thinking. I learned that there should be no IFs and BUTs, but just purely positive outlook and everything else will follow. Oh well, after that short trip to SBH's big time sale, I wanted to scrap! After messing up my table, FBing at the same time and an aching back... I know I had to stop and I made 5 layouts for the whole weekend. Isn't that POSITIVE enough? Now let me share some of them to you...

Here's the final challenge over at Design Dollies.

My Prince... Luigi won the Prom Prince title during his prom last week, I'm sooo proud of him! I used here prima Aurora collection Radiance pps, October Afternoon pps, Jenny Bowlin Vintage Black Vine pps, AC Thickers foil letters stickers, Jillibeans journal spot, Prima and MM flowers, AS brads and gromets, blings and glittered glue.
Mommy Scraps has a Recipe Challenge... she asked for 3 circles, color green, 2 different kinds of ribbons and inked edges. For my three circles, I cut a big circle cardstock, another one on the inside portion of the big circle and my journaling spot. I love the apple green shade which I painted on my BOY chipboard. The two different kinds of ribbons can be found at the lower area, I used rikrak and organza ribbons clipped on the brads which I used as centers of my flowers. And finally, I inked my cardstock circle with olive fluid chalk ink. Hmmm, I hope I got all the ingredients listed to make this recipe challenge!

My Boy... Another page for baby Quinn, love this close up shot of this beautiful baby boy! I used here DCWV Nana Kids pps and cardstocks, Prima flowers, AAS brads and chipboard letters, Heidi Swapp journal spot, Colorbox fluid chalk ink, organza ribbon, rikrak ribbon, MM acrylic paint and K & company letter stickers.
Color challenge! Found this challenge from Leah the Orange of Design Dollies. Earthy colors such as orange, cream and brown are nice combi to play with, here's what I ended up on a baby layout...

Grow Little Dude... It's baby Quinn with Lolo Bill! I used here Chatterbox pps, DCWV cardstock and Nana Kids pps, Scenic Route Liberty pps, corrugated board, Prima flowers and journaling pad, buttons, K & Company chipboard word and glittered glue.

I had a very productive weekend and my mojo is still here, YeHeY! Thanks for looking peeps!

It's girly time for me, been scrapping some pages to send to my family in America. Here are 2 scraplift-inspired pages of my pretty nieces Maggie Regine Alicbusan, Sadie Elizabeth and Graciana Sybill Eilberg. I'm enjoying the use of flowers and I think I'm running out of it! Here goes...

And then there was YOU!... This is little sweet Maggie! This page was inspired and was lifted from Jona Panesa's 12345....until my very last breathe I will love you. I just scrapped on the other side because of Maggie's pose on the right side. I used here Ms. Elizabeth pps, MM pps, Heidi Grace Studios pps and cardstock sticker, cardstocks, Heidi Swapp journaling spot, foam flowers, Prima flowers and pearls, Kaisercraft blings, AAS bling brads, glittered glue and Colorbox fluid chalk ink.

Sisters... here I lifted Lynnette Davis' Sucker layout. Got inspired with her page to scrap my two pretty nieces Sadie and Gracie. Thanks for the chance to lift your wonderful creations Jona Panesa and Lynnette Davis of the Xoxo Girls. Scrapping made easy if you have inspirations and mojo at the same time, so don't let it fly Rebel!

... Bloom!

Here's ad challenge #7 at Dotty Divas. I find it inspiring to work on ads. You just get to pick what inspires you the most from the ad and thoughts of designs come flowing unlimitedly. I used the Bloom title as my inspiration and I scrapped my favorite Sadie...

Bloom... for me, Sadie is so beautiful like a flower in bloom! I used here MME Bohemia pps, Wedster Pages pps, DCWV cardstock, silk flower, ribbon, Fancy Pants pin, Jillibean journaling spot, chipboard letters and Spritz glimmer mist.

I was lucky to scrap yesterday, was able to make 3 pages after my weekend cleaning. Now I have to keep out from my table this coming week, pre-finals exam is scheduled on Wednesday and Thursday.

And before I forget, Happy "V" Day everyone and Kung Hei Fat Choi too!.. may the luck of the Tiger be with us throughout the year. Thanks for looking!

What a Weekend!

... I cannot be sick anymore, this weekend was long been overdue! We celebrated Doc Ritz's birthday at Arla's Resto last Saturday. It was some sort of a Scrap Buffet sponsored by her and another day-off for us busy mommies. I was able to scrap 6 pages in 8 hours! Will share them soon, but right know let me share a framed layout that we gave the celebrant.

Bliss of Friendship... She's one of my wonderful friends, very sweet, generous and beautiful! and she loves Webster pages! I used here Websters Pages pps, Prima flowers and epoxy sticker, lace, corrugated kraft paper, AAS brad, MM acrylic paint and flower and Tattered Angels glimmer mist.

Live, Laugh, Love and Scrap! Live, Laugh, Love is made of metal painted on black, AC Thickers letters, Webster Pages pps, Prima flowers and bling, foamed flowers, lace, AAS bling brads, Tattered Angels glimmer mist and glittered glue.

Pig Out Adventure!

I was sick last week, been having this crazy palpitations! I'm a worrier (for your information!) and I hate myself for that. So while I keep my positive vibes, I decided to scrap again. I went to True XoXo Girl's blog and found two more inspirations on Dana Tatar's "Let Loose" and Robin Gibson's "Will you" layouts. I lifted the torn paper opening from Dana and the use of ribbons from Robin. Here's my page...

Dine with the Heroes... Every weekends, Pig Out grill crew dress in superhero costumes, then they just play along with the kids dining with them. This time my little boy Chuy and DK got to play with Batman and Robin girl and Wonder Woman. Too late when DK decided to be afraid of them, hahaha! I used here DCWV Green Stack pps, Bo-Bunny Xtreme Barbed Wire pps, kraft cardstock, Doodlebug cardstock letter sticker, AC Thickers chipboard letters, 7 Gypsies stickers, Marcella's 3D word sticker, ribbons, eyelets, transparent sticker and journaling pad from BFF Timi.

After this page and a meeting with a doctor, I felt better already. Got me all ready for a day of scrapping with the Scrapaholics... watchout! TFL!
