Scrappin' Idol 2013

Here are my layouts for the Scrappin' Idol Challenge over the past 4 weeks. I just miss joining online contests and scrapping! Many thanks to Sunshine Asuncion-See for initiating another Idol challenge...

Rain Fun... Challenge 1 is a coke inspired challenge! Pia and Chuy's rain fun express my coke excitement. I used here Echo Park pps, letters and stickers, cardstocks, heart button and baker's twine.

Joy... this page is for my cousin Dionne and her handsome boys. This challenge is inspired by Valerie Salmon's sketch. I used here Echo Park pps, cardstocks, scraps of October Afternoon pps, Teresa Collins journaling pad, buttons, DMC threads and baker's twine.

Happiness... I made this page for my cousin in the States. Just wanted to scrap their beautiful family picture. The challenge was inspired by Leah Fung's sketch. I used here DCWV pps, cardstocks, AAS foil letters and local blings.

Bohol... Challenge 4 asked for an old summer photo. I have lots of summer pictures but this Bohol trip was one special vacation, get to enjoy the white sand and clear waters for 3 days. I used here Lilybee Design pps, AC Thickers chipboard letters, Jilllibean Soup pps, cardstocks, Prima paper flowers, buttons, baker's twine, washi tape and Memory Mist.

I'm glad I was able to finish the 4-week challenge!

Today is Easter Sunday. Just staying at home because I'm not feeling well. Doing a little cleaning on my scrap area, listening to great music and may be catch up with sleep and rest later. Tomorrow marks the start of my summer adventure... a lot of exciting things in line and still a lot of assignments in grad school.

Enjoy the coming summer peep! TFL!

Congratulations my Lorenzo!

Parents are the happiest in moments like this! This is our bonus after paying a year of tuition, waking up early, preparing their uniforms and meals, attending PTCs and programs and a lot more... its all worth it, right?! Congratulations my little Chuwee for your second medal in school! May you continue to learn more  and earn more medals too! Daddy and Mommy are so happy and proud of you!

Now I can say that it is OFFICIALLY SUMMER here! Although I still have grad school on my 3rd term, I know I am still going to get busy. Busy for the kids on how to make them enjoy the summer vacation. Busy with the family for homecomings and family reunions. I just hope it will not be that stressful so I can still enjoy too.

Back to work for now... itchy hands to play!

FSBC's Challenge 15

I'm back! Took me awhile to sign in my blog... I don't know what happened but I'm glad to be blogging again. Sketch 15 of the Filipino Scrapbooker Challenge is late! But I wish to share it still.

Bless this Food... this layout is part of a Christmas gift to my bestfriend Timi, I scrapped the baptismal party of my Goddaughter Rhianelle. The sketch was done by my co-designer LG Belarmino. I used here DCWV pps, Websters Pages pps, cardstocks and ribbons.

Still coping up with my scrapping! Next week will be a long week of vacation for the Catholics who are celebrating the Holy Week. I will be staying with my family and kids most of the time, catch up with home cleaning, scrapping of course, be-friend my camera again and never miss summer memories, eat out and just keep away from case analysis for the coming 7 days. Well, just make everything happen!

TFL! Miss blogging!
