Wanted Artist...

I'm the Guest Artist of Tessah Sanchez in her Gallery... I am so happy and excited to be featured there! I met Tessah a few months ago and since then, we meet at SK forum regularly and sometimes exchange emails and stories. But what caught me was her appreciation in all my creations. I am so happy to know that in all that I do, I have somehow inspired and shared something in the scrapbooking world. Drama ng lola mo!

But honestly... Salamat Tessah for the oppurtunity to be featured at "Wanted Artist!"

Happy Hearts...

Hello Peeps!
It's a day before the Love Day and I want to greet my kumare, sis, classmate and an old time friend Marife... Happy Birthday to You Dear! I started to celebrate the love day today with my fellow Mommies and Lolas in school, we had a lunch date. Then, Enzo made this card for me and his Daddy, and these glittered hearts...

Let me share a little Valentine page... I made this for my Auntie Linda and my favorite american uncle, Uncle Bill... hehehe!

So This is Love...
I used here Prima Urban Cosmos pps, Fancy Pants felt, buttons, DMC threads, Prima flowers and lace, gromments, cardstock and MM tiny alphas.

We are going out tonight for a Pre-Valentine bonding... we are going to UPLB's annual February Fair. People here in Los Banos look forward to this week-long event, there'll be food booths, shopping places and org displays in the field where everyone can come and stroll around. I'm bringing the two boys for a little FUN at the field! And to wrap things up, I found this beautiful blog of Monica thru Janis Maghinay. She's into stamping and cardmaking and believe me, she's really good! You can visit her here. She has a great give- away waiting...

Happy Valentine's Day Everyone! Wish everyone will have a great day tomorrow! Thanks for looking...

Been finishing some more layouts for my family in California, my Auntie will be bringing them for me. Just want to share them...

Bliss
This is last week's ad at Ad This. I finally used the inspiration in this Bliss layout. I used here Kaisercraft pps, MM notepad, some cutout flowers, cardstock which I embossed with cuttlebug and gold ink. So happy with such a simple page!

Together
This is the family of my cousin Reggie, he's staying in Fontana, CA with his wife Marilyn and kids Matt, Matthew and Maggie. I used here Fancy Pants pps, Bazzill cardstock Just the Edges, Prima pps and flowers, gromets, Maya Road chipboard flower (from Pia Lopez), Ranger crackle paint and glossy accents, Colorbox fluid chalk ink, gold wires and cardstocks.

You Rock!
I used here Rockstar pps from DCWV, buttons, DMC threads, Tim Holtz ticket, some lace, AC Thickers letters and cardstock. This rockstar is my nephew Matt, he's same age with my eldest son Luigi. He's into music like his Dad.

Isn't he cute and huggable! I found this sketch site at my friend Wati's blog. Check it out here, its really nice and they give prizes for the best layout. Here's the sketch for this week and what I came up with..

Bounty
Its good that I get to finish some more layouts for my nephew DK... this is still part of his baptismal reception last August. I enjoy scrapping multi-pictures this days, makes me unload my backlogs. I think this Beary Box sketch fits perfectly to my page. Here I used Kaisercraft pps, DCWV pps, cardstocks, Brillance black ink, watercolor pencils, glittered glue, buttons, DMC threads, lady bug buttons and Colorbox fluid chalk ink.

Oh, almost forget... the flowers are stamp images. Its a raffle prize from Scrappin' Moms and its from Gelatins. They are perfect for this week's sketch, hindi ba?!

I'm at Creative Scrappers.Com

Yup! I won the February Guest Designer Contest of Creative Scrappers and you can read more about it here. I would like to thank Kristine Davidson and the rest of the CS team for this opportunity. And now, I had the chance to scrap their Sketch #37, here is my take!

100% Pinoy!
I almost forgot to scrap these pictures, this was taken last August 2008 during the "Linggo ng Wika" celebration of the school. The kids were encouraged to wear Filipiniana clothes and so Chuy wore this red pants, kamisa de chino shirt with matching red scarf. Chuy was supposed to sing "Bahay Kubo" with his classmates, but because of a terrible stage fright, he had a bad mood the rest of the day! Ngek! I used here MME 29th Street Narket Bright pps, Scenic Route Liberty pps, cardstock, black corrugated board, DMC thread, Colorbox fluid chalk ink, buttons, Karen Foster Squishes letters, Ranger glossy accents and yellow rikrak ribbons.

Scrappin' Kids' Love Challenge for February

It's the start of a brand new month, can't believe its February already! It means there's a lot of scrapping again specially now that its the LoVe month... I would like to invite you to this month's challenge at SK! Scrap about your kid/s and use an adjective that best describe them, oh make that the title of your layout and include a journaling as well. I also like to invite you to come join the fun at our forum... Wati's revamp is a blast! See you at SK!

Brave
Here's my take for this month's challenge at SK. I choose BRAVE because somehow I feel that my little boy really is brave! Its his first time to slpish-splash in a 10-feet deep sea! He went down the cold water and paddled with his Tito Buggy and Ninang Janice. And all I did was watch over him sitting in the boat! I used here 3 bugs paper pack from Cookie, DMC threads, ASS fish brads, buttons, cardstocks, Colorbox fluid chalk ink and MM felt letters.
